  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, customs, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and delivery method.
  • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipping costs will apply.
