At Movehue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return terms below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
- Certain items (such as final sale products, gift cards, or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support with your order details.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back using secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
- If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
- We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
- If you need a replacement, please email support@movehue.com with photos of the issue, and we will guide you through the process.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. We will prioritize resolving the issue at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Hygiene-sensitive products (such as undergarments, cosmetics, etc.)
